Emilio tries to act mature for his family, but deep down he’s still the same rowdy teenager that would get in trouble with the cops. These occurrences that his younger self caused have resulted in a tiresome life. Working two jobs, taking care of a five year old, and doing whatever his strange ethereal orders took its toll on Emilio. Now he comes off as bummy to some people. He doesn't even take a look at what he wears before he leaves the house anymore.
